Madhusudhan AV fondly called as MAV, entrepreneur & a strategist. With close to a decade of real estate experience across diverse real estate asset classes like commercial, residential and Industrial, He is passionate about building scalable companies and has keen interest in technology and its impact. His earlier ventures include proptech aggregator BRICSPACES in INDIA and Just Practicals in AFRICA. Prior to Entrepreneurial journey, MAV held leadership roles for almost a decade in fortune 500 companies across Central Europe, USA, Japan and INDIA. MAV has done his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in international operations. MAV was awarded Entrepreneur of the year award from young INDIA & GEG. An avid reader & has keen interests in Economics especially in Investment banking, Project, Construction & Asset Management portfolios

Ghanshyam Das Khandelwal
Ghanshyam is the Finance Director. He has over two decades of experience and during this time he has done stints as an accountant, auditor, investment banker, transaction banker and most recently focusing on large institutional client on-boarding. He has worked in vintage family offices, and large global organisations like EY, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and has high appreciation for client centricity and execution excellence. He made a significant contribution in establishing the Investment Banking division for Goldman Sachs in India. He has worked on notable transactions in Real Estate, Aerospace and Defence sectors. He later joined HSBC to setup and lead businesses for the group in Sri Lanka, Luxembourg, Kolkata and Bangalore. He has also worked in New York, Cleveland, Charleston, Guangzhou before finally settling into Bangalore and has a good understanding of different cultures and styles. He brings immense expertise in transaction advisory, streamlining, risk management and governance.
As Head – Tech Infrastructure, role is to empower the company in providing all ventures with the latest tech related infrastructure to ensure hi-tech spaces which the clients can leverage to their advantage. Also, to future proof tech provided to the largest extent possible. Professional approach towards all clients, nurture a productive & healthy relation with the clients, Senior Client Stakeholders & representatives. Engaged with a few Fortune 500 Companies in previous roles. Worked at the capacity of Vice President, Product Engineering & Strategic Alliances in previous roles.
